These terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to all transactions by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Yuyo Brujo Limited (“us” or “we”) at www.yuyobrujo.com (also referred to as the “Website”) or through other relevant channels (e.g. email, Facebook). Please read these carefully before placing any orders on the Website. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms & Conditions. We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions then please immediately stop using the Website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
1. Shopping on our Website
To purchase a product, browse the site to select the items you like and add them to your shopping cart. Please note that all orders are subject to availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed all checkout steps.
All prices on the Website are shown in £ (Great British Pound or GBP), include Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the checkout step and might differ based on which country your order is shipped to.
Please note that all prices and product information on the Website are subject to change. We endeavour to ensure that item availability is accurately portrayed. Should you place an order on an item that we then discover is not available, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible by the email address you provided and offer you either a full refund or the option to select an alternative product.
You can always view, change or delete items in your shopping cart before you proceed to the checkout.
2. Submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. It is important to provide us with contact details such as your email address for delivery notification and if we need to get in touch with you to resolve potential issues.
You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the Website). Please note that the order will not be valid if we cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old. We do not accept orders via email, fax or phone.
After selecting your Shipping Option and reviewing the final order details (e.g. pricing, shipping details) at the end of the checkout process, you will receive an immediate online confirmation on your screen, as well as an email confirmation of your order from Yuyo Brujo Limited.
3. Changes to your placed order
Once you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order, as we would have committed the item and removed its availability to other customers. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made regarding your contact or address details when placing the order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a reasonable and fair manner.
Payments can currently only be made for purchases on our Website by a valid credit or debit card accepted by us and have a billing address in a country that we ship to. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. We may restrict orders of multiple quantities of an item, or of orders, being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
We reserve the right to check the validity of the card used, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase sum, and validate the your billing address details. We reserve the right to decline the purchase request, and in these rare circumstances, will refund you in full.

We will dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were received. We aim to ship within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods when this may be longer.
While we will do our best to get our deliveries to you safely and quickly, we may not be able to avoid some types of delays (e.g. destination customs clearance processes).
Recipients are responsible for handling all local taxes, duties, customs paperwork and procedures that are applicable.
If you would like to request shipping to a country we do not currently serve, please contact us and we may be able to offer you an alternative shipping method and quote you a fee.
Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses.
All prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to and displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping destinations, fees and timings are subject to change as we continue to work with our delivery partners to improve the service.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, we will contact you to let you know as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, you will be given the option and to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, we will refund you with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.
6. Colours and styles
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and styles of our shoes on the Website. However do note that they are for display purposes only and also that some colour differences with the actual product may be due to your computer display. In any event, should you not be satisfied with the actual shoes you receive, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange as described in the section on Refunds & Exchanges.
7. Promotion codes
We may from time to time offer customers the use of promotion codes when shopping with us. The nature of the offer, including timing, availability, eligible products and who we offer them to are solely at our discretion. We will state where we deem appropriate such as the Help page or other part of the website such terms of using the promotion codes. We may promote our codes on the website or elsewhere. They are promotional in nature and not intended to be available everywhere at any time to everyone. When applicable to purchases on our website, a promotion code can be applied during checkout on items in the shopping cart, and the effect will be visible to a customer before paying for the goods. Promotion codes cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be advertised in any medium to third parties except with our express permission in writing. We reserve the right to withdraw or change codes and their use at any time at our discretion, even when advertised otherwise. In rare cases where we do so after a purchase has been made, we may offer the customer a full refund in good faith unless we have reason to believe a fraud or crime has been committed. There is no change to a customer’s rights and obligations.
Usually, promotion codes are limited to one use per customer and a fixed number of customers within the promotion period advertised. We may change this subject to changing conditions.
Newsletter sign up promotion: the 10% discount is applicable to the next purchase you make, which could include one or more pairs of shoes. It is usable only once and cannot be shared with anyone else other than the person who asked to receive our newsletter. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. These terms may change and we will make this known on our website or by other means if they do so.

You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

13. Gift Cards
Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.
Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other vouchers.
Refunds & Exchanges
Within 20 days of receiving your order, you may request a return (you send your purchase back, we refund you in full) or exchange for a different available size or heel height (you return the product, we ship you the new one you requested).
See here for the countries for which we charge and do not charge shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
Unless otherwise stated, for the first exchange for a different size/ heel height of the same shoe style, we would normally cover shipping. However you may need to pay for shipping for subsequent exchanges for the same shoe style.
If you are returning faulty shoes, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping. Items are faulty if they are damaged during delivery or have a manufacturing defect. Goods damaged in transit are replaced free of charge by us. Items that are damaged or experience normal wear and tear from subsequent use are not considered faulty.
We aim to sell you brand new shoes wherever possible. However there will be times when some shoes will have been tried on by someone else and it will not be just-from-the-factory new. These shoes are still considered by us to be new and appropriate for sale, and not be treated as waste. If you are not satisfied with this, you can still return the shoes as per our 20-day full-refund policy.
Non-faulty shoes intended for refund or exchange need to be returned in the same sell-able condition in which you had received them – un-scuffed, un-marked, soles unblemished, inclusive of all items like shoe bags, and in the original box and packaging. Returned items which are damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on) will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/ or a refund or exchange declined.
If you cancel your order after we have shipped, we will not be able to redirect the delivery. However you can request a return at no extra charge.
For refunds, we will reimburse you within 30 days on receiving the shoes in satisfactory condition. It will usually be by the same means by which you paid, but if not possible we will get in touch by email to arrange an alternative means of repayment (e.g. bank transfer).
Yuyo Brujo Limited has a policy on how we process and protect your personal data when using our online services. Please be aware that we will periodically review and update our policy.
Personal details (referred to as “data”) includes data such as a user’s name, e-mail address, residential address, telephone number, gender, date of birth among others.
